They wont argue or pushback but somehow stuff just doesnt happen and when pressed they deflect in ways that make you feel weird for even bringing it up. Used to think it was just laziness but the illegibility point clarifies alot.
Sorta zoned out during the Millennial and Zoomer parts but you got Gen X right. I oversee a few teams, all made up of Millennials and Zoomers; I tend to zone out when Millennials speak, they just go on and on while being so fucking emotional and self-absorbed. And over what? I've usually lost the thread by the time they've reached the end of their monologues. They're fun to ridicule though. Lots of great lines to laugh about post-meeting.
The Zoomers barely say a peep. I like that about them. Not the hardest workers though, which they seem to be proud of. Also lack pretension, which is always admirable.
