Your point taken. I’m sure there are situational considerations. I’m just harking back to my days when hiring. I was much less concerned with younger staff than older when a saw a number of short lived positions on the resume submitted. On the other hand, I’ve known friends who’ve had 8 positions due to firms closing in Silicon Valley during the tech heyday. They didn’t leave the firm, the firm left them.
The de-ranking of introspection seems shortsighted. Reminds me of Marc Andreessen the egg head going viral recently saying he never introspects. Of course, it can be a failure mode that gets stuck in a feedback loop, but I know what’s good for my type. Solitude, walking and introspection. Trying to make every action productive strikes me as a merchant morality. It’s more aligned with the extractors of value, rather than the generators of what is worth valuing. Those who don’t reflect on what they value and act out are insensitive to life itself as a form of art. They just eat, work and sleep without much of a care to what their habits shape in their own interior. The idea of saying people over a certain age shouldn’t do this will beget the death of the child-like overcoming of the camel and the lion. Though, considering your advice is directed at young men, who are typically looking to become a camel or a lion since they are already closer to the child in some respects, I understand the caveat.
Im a 23 yo engineer and everyday I walk by the construction workers at my apartmsnt and wish I was doing that instead of explaining spreadsheets to millenial redditoids and coping incel zoomers and listening to them talk about the newest japanese cartoons. Obv it makes less money but im not getting pussy anyways. Im also seriously considering officer candidate school, that might be a better idea. Im just tired of tolerating these faggots in my office
I'm reading this as a turbosperg 28 year old who feels almost exactly the same as a decade ago 💀 and looks 18-20 I was told by an old waitress and more recently but I digress. If I don't excel in the arts soon like drawing waifus and making music, maybe I'll become a monk. What I can say though romantically wise (though I tend to attract other spergs and at least higher empathy women, idk), is that I'm half decently handsome and somewhat tall with full hair and boyish charm and that carries basically everything. In fact it seems it turns women OFF when I try to act more Normie, they can sense it. And I think they feel a puppy sympathy effect for broke niggaz tbqh.
The one thing I would add is NEVER have the girl over at your place, always go to her place to play. If the evening goes south, the man can grab his coat and run out the door. At his place, that is much more difficult, If the cops come out for raised voices, they might arrest the man

I make 90k at 23 with a state school engineering degree, the class average was ~80k if i renember correctly.
I am 30 so my starting salary ranges are probably 20K to 30K in the past although overall wages are very stagnant.

- learn about finance, savings, stock market
- understand fitness, hypertrophy, cardio
- travel to see more of the world and appreciate what you have back home
- seek out mentorship in your respective field
