Last night, while a bit drunk my wife and I were talking about how she tapped out and went to bed during the rape scene in Caligula while I kept watching. She said in a matter-of-fact tone "you are a man, rape is in your blood"

Thank you for sharing so vividly the illuminating lessons learnt from an intense life of romantically engaging with womankind.

Such a life, I would have never lead, due to differences in upbringing, temperament and ambitions. Perhaps courage, though admitting to that would be low status, so it'd never fit my own self-narrative :)

Your wisdom and perspective will serve me well in my own romantic and family-building pursuits and I am grateful for not needing to pay the price, of your many scars, and of breaking hearts and having yours broken so many times.

Excellent article. The power of story. I am an idiot who thinks the truth matters. Jokes on me, oh well, my own foolishness even amuses me.

All of this is totally true, which is why every single culture had enforced monogamy and looked badly upon fornication.

I had a lesbian professor at university who, during a lecture, stated that all men are rapists, and the only reason some men haven’t raped yet is because they haven’t had the opportunity. I saw women in the class look at each other and roll their eyes in response to the lunacy.

If all sex is rape, why is rape illegal?

Also, can one consent to rape?

I doubt here that the notion that All Sex is Rape is meant to be taken with completely literal seriousness. But, its a rather logical conclusion from the premises that, when women seek mates, sex partners, and spouses, they do not actually know what they want or what they're really asking for. And that men can circumvent her conscious ideas of what she would desire in a man, in order to assert themselves into being accepted by her.

However, this is just my understanding of the possible meaning of this article, and is not how I view the reality of courting women.

Dworkin was completely serious; as anti-sex snd anti-men as you can get. I am partly joking but partly not. There is something about sex that is unilateral and has nothing to do with consent, from either party.

Ah, i meant it in this context, not Dworkin's.

Grooming / Frame Control (according to Walt):

"Hey, girl, want some candy? I don't bite, I'll take you to my place, I've got lots of candy there."

"Kid, let me- (chuckles) I wanna show you something. Nah, you don't need to tell your mom and dad. Ready?"

"Alright, so there's research which shows a correlation between long term and extensive cellphone use- Alright, *smartphone* use- and cognitive decline. I just wanna help. You're smart for your age, so you know this. Okay, lets start, babe. Just put it down for 10 minutes. (strokes hair) com'on, I know you can. You're not like the other girls, you can handle it."

"College? What kind? What are you trying to study? Your friends told you that? You don't need college for *that*. Don't worry about them so much. Here, I know some websites for that stuff, they're accredited."

"I want to give me a picture of yourself... doing cardio and not eating carbs. Don't you love me? I just want to see you be healthy."

"He didn't kill himself."

Agree. The happiest people I know are very obviously deluded about important parts of their lives - “My wife loves me,” “My job is important” etc. Understanding reality too well makes you miserable. Very Lovecraftian.

Its mostly due because feminism has had a noticeable presence in academia, its polar opposite not so much. That's why there's a bit of an imbalance.

I will add also that I wager that both these "incel" types and academics, whether they admit it or not, generally agree on the position of women in society. Its just that the former are straight forward and honest about it, and the whole spiel about ignoring social cues and autism follows suit.
